Mindful Equity UK, established by Aretha Banton and Youlande Biosah, is dedicated to supporting Black and Asian educators from the very beginning of their professional journeys.

Our primary aim is to significantly increase the number of Black and Asian women in the teaching profession, while also promoting their advancement into leadership roles within education.
